Unprepared

I read. Really I did. But I have absolutely no idea what I read. What did O'Conner mean there? No idea. Something about tort law from first year? Don't remember that concept. (No, really, even though I do know what your talking about and would love to answer I don't remember the case and don't really want to talk to you anymore) Proximate cause? Yep, I know that concept, but again don't feel like contributing today. Oh, you're gonna let me sit here and read it and then talk about it? Yep, still not gonna contribute.

I have another 1.5 more years of this.
I'll probably start reading now that we are in the 3rd week or is it 4th week? of classes.
